Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Closers to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients at their places of business (Leads provided) and driving business growth through innovative closing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales and closing, management, and client development, with a focus on B2B sales and achieving sales goals (All Leads provided). This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage technology sales expertise and utilize negotiation and closing skills to expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships.

This is a commission based, 1099 (independent contractor) role for Independent Video Services Sales Closers, based in the Greater New Orleans region. We offer generous commissions and bonuses. The candidate will be responsible for delivering company-prepared presentations, utilizing creative closing techniques, building relationships with small and medium-sized business owners, and promoting BizNola offerings. The BizNola office on Magazine Street will provide leads and custom quotations, with marketing materials for each perspective client.
Earn up to six figures (if full time), commensurate amount if part time.

Responsibilities
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our video solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with local sales office (Magazine St.) to support sales efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage territory sales operations, ensuring consistent coverage and client engagement across designated regions.
Qualifications
Desire to prove yourself in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on Closing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage presentation schedule and follow up with leads provided by BizNola.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell additional services or products.

2) Canvasser – Small Business Ambassador Video Representative (no sales)
Description:
Serve on a team of door to door business representatives promoting a locally owned and operated video services firm under the supervision of a field supervisor. No selling. You are simply offering small business owners the opportunity to receive a free custom quotation for BizNola services. You will utilize full-color BizNola marketing materials, a company-issued Chromebook, and your cheerful, outgoing personality to approach and educate small business owners on the value of using video on their websites and social media. Earnings will be $22 per hour.

You must be able to work a minimum of two or more, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Afternoons (1-4 PM) 3-hour shifts per week.

Requirements:
A neat and attractive appearance (business casual attire), good references, an outgoing personality, transportation to and from canvassing start-points in Greater New Orleans retail districts, ability to walk for three hours within business neighborhoods and a strong work ethic.
